The New Voice Festival Opera Program presents Andrea DelGiudice’s reconceived, fully-staged Opera production of Engelbert Humperdinck’s Hansel & Gretel in Las Vegas. Take a trip with the kids on their journey to Las Vegas and all the zany characters they meet along the way, until arriving at “Rosina’s Cabaret” for a crazy show! Directed by Andrea DelGiudice (Program director) & Yuri Napoli (Zeffirelli Foundation); conducted by Rider R. Foster; with imagery by Giulio Ferro (Rai television).
ROLES:
Witch (Drag Queen or Drag King) - tenor / dramatic soprano / mezzo soprano
Gretel - soprano
Hansel - mezzo-soprano
Mother - dramatic soprano
Father - baritone
Sandman (Elvis) / Dewfairy / Talent Agent - soprano
Children’s Chorus
All roles are double cast.

Private voice lessons, coaching, and stylistic preparation
Masterclasses with industry professionals
Acting and movement instruction
Video recordings of all public performances

Meal plan (breakfast and lunch)
Airfare NOT included.
TUITION
$3,800 – Hotel double room
Limited need and merit-based scholarships are available through application.
DEPOSIT & ENROLLMENT
Please note that a non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within 6 days of confirmation of role or acceptance to the program.
